Due to the nature of our limited releases, all sales are final.

Return Policy

RETURNS MUST TAKE PLACE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF ITEMS.

We review all returns individually and reserve the right to decline any that don’t meet our guidelines.

Due to the nature of Archive Sales, all archive sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be permitted.

If you were sent the incorrect item or received a defective item, click here to submit your return.

If an exchange is permitted, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

The additional shipping costs for exchanges will not be Cherry LA’s responsibility.
Return labels can only be provided to US addresses.


Order Changes
We do our best to accommodate order changes prior to fulfillment. However, changes after the order is placed are not guaranteed. Once fulfillment begins, we’re unable to make any modifications.

Cherry LA is not responsible for unmet requests made after your order is confirmed.

What is "Free Returns" Coverage?
When you opt in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included — allowing you to return any item in your order for a refund or exchange at no additional cost.

If you choose not to purchase return coverage, you can still return your items, but you’ll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns must follow the guidelines in our [Return Policy].

Shipping Policy
Every order is automatically protected by complimentary insurance coverage, subject to the following terms:

  1. Lost or stolen orders must be reported within 3 business days of delivery confirmation.

  2. Orders valued above $250 will require a police report or case number to process a claim.

  3. Undelivered packages must be reported within 14 business days of the last tracking update.

If these timeframes are not met, Cherry LA will not be held responsible for any losses.

International Orders — Taxes & Duties
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may incur import duties, taxes, or other fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
